By order dated 07/02/2023, the Applicant was granted bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant continues to languish in jail since he has not been able to secure surety. He seeks leave to furnish cash bail for a period of eight weeks.

In view of the above, the Applicant is ordered to be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of eight weeks in lieu 1/2
