The Appellant herein has challenged the order dated 2 May 2022 as learned Judge has refused to grant ad-interim relief. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the Notice of Motion is listed before the Trial Court on 2 July 2022 for filing reply, in view of which this Appeal From Order can be disposed of. 3.

In the light of the above statement, the Appeal stands disposed of.

Parties are directed to complete the pleadings in Notice of Motion on or before 8 July 2022. The Trial Court shall decide the Notice of Motion within one month thereafter. 6.

In view of disposal of the Appeal from Order, the Interim Application No.3217 of 2022 does not survive and same stands disposed of accordingly.
