Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5, on instructions of Mrs. Maniyar who is the District Mission Manager of Solapur, states that no action whatsoever shall be taken at any time against the Petitioner on the ground that the Petitioner has not made any contribution towards the bills payable to the hospital. She further states that Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 will not call upon the Petitioner, now or in future, to make any payments in respect of the bills issued by the hospital for providing medical treatment to the Petitioner. The statements are accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
