The present proceedings is filed by petitioners for quashing of D. V. proceedings, filed by respondent no.2. Today no one is present on behalf of the petitioners even on earlier occasion i.e. 7 December 2023, and 27 October 2023 none appeared for the petitioners. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent no.2 that the present proceedings is not maintainable as an alternative remedy under section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act is available to the petitioners. 3.
