Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the reply dated 20.2.2017 Exh. "1" filed by the respondent as also the order which has been passed, we are of the view that no case for contempt is made out. With a liberty to pursue the writ petition which has already been filed by the petitioner challenging the order which has been passed by the respondent, we dispose of this contempt petition.
