We find that for the relief claimed in the Writ Petition, Petitioners have got an alternate efficacious remedy of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In fact on the earlier round of litigation, the Petitioners have availed that remedy. 2.

In the circumstance, when there is an alternate efficacious remedy available with the Petitioners, we decline to interfere in the matter. 3.

In case the Petitioners approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal within two months from today, the Tribunal shall Yadav VG 1/2
