Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicants seek pre-arrest bail in
2/3 connection with C.R.No.13 of 2017 registered with the Khanvel Police Station, Dadra Nagar Haveli, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 353, 447, 186 & 188 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
She submits that all the offences execept 353 are bailable. She submits that in the facts of the present case, Section 353 will not apply. 4.
Learned APP states that the applicants have attended the concerned Police Station, as directed by this Court vide order dated 5th May, 2017. Learned APP is unable to show whether the complainant was assaulted or any criminal force was used on the complainant. 5.
Considering the aforesaid, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required. The application is accordingly allowed and the applicants are granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one or two
3/3 sureties in the like amount ;
(ii) The applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when called, till the filing of the charge-sheet or for a period of three months from today, whichever is earlier.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie and are confined to this application.
