Civil Application is taken out to condone the delay of one year and 308 days in filing the Second Appeal.

Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1A to 1C strongly opposes the application. 3.

However, the Applicants have set out very valid reasons. Mr. Bhosale states that against the impugned judgment and decree dated 27th September 2007 the Applicant filed Civil Review Application No.5 of 2007 and the same was dismissed on 26th March 2013. Mr. Bhosale submits that the Applicant is uneducated widow. He states that her Advocate was not well and in the meanwhile, has 1/2

Therefore, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.
