DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, on perusal of the material compiled in the chargesheet, the learned counsel state that he has been arrested since 2018 and despite the charge being framed, the trial has not commenced.

It is a well known fact that on account of the pandemic, the Sessions Courts are flooded with cases which are awaiting her trial.

The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to commence the trial, and if the trial is not commenced wihtin one Tilak
