The Applicant submits that he is lodged in Kalyan jail. His application is to the effect that his father is in a very serious medical condition and admitted in the ICU of Speciality Surgical Oncology Hospital & Research Centre, Ghatkopar (West) and Doctor has opined

76.Cri.BA.855.20.doc that he is put on ventilator. The medical certificate issued by the Speciality Surgical Oncology Hospital & Research Centre dated 08.05.2022 is taken on record and annexed '

Mr. Bayas, Investigating Officer is present in Court today. Mrs. Shinde, learned APP submits that the Applicant can be taken to visit his father in the hospital under police escort. 4.

The Investigating Officer / State is directed to take the Applicant to visit his ailing father in Speciality Surgical Oncology Hospital & Research Centre at Ghatkopar (West) on 19.05.2022 between 11.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. under police escort. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he shall deposit the charges for the escort with the authorities tomorrow and produce receipt of the same before the Investigating Officer to enable the Applicant to be taken to the hospital on Friday.
