The Petitioners are the Chairman and Members Managing Committee of Juhu Cooperative Housing Society Limited. The Petitioners had sought a direction to the Respondents to decide their representations in respect of conducting the election to the vacant posts in the Petitioners' society.

The writ petition was filed on 22 April 2019. The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 states that reply affidavit is

In view of above, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
