P.C.:- This is an Application for condonation of delay of 759 days in filing the present Appeal.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, since the date of his arrest, the Applicant is behind bars. As the Applicant is behind bars he could not file Appeal by appointing an Advocate immediately after pronouncement of impugned Judgment and Order and within a period of limitation.

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

In view thereof, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
