Heard. This Application is made by State of Maharashtra for condonation of 75 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the award dated 05/09/2013 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division Raigad in LAR NO.920/2000 (Old No.49/1992).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the above mentioned first appeal against the judgment and award dated 05/09/2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Raigad in LAR NO.920/2000 (Old No.49/1992).

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
