This is an Application for suspension of sentence and enlargement on bail to the Applicant, who is original accused No.2. 2.

We have gone through the evidence of P.W.11-Mangesh Dattu Jadhav. He is an eye witness and brother of the deceased. He has attributed a specific role of the Applicant and has stated in his deposition that the Applicant had assaulted the deceased with a sword. The medical report of the Doctor also corroborates the injuries. 3.
