Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. The appeal has been dismissed for non prosecution on account of failure of the applicant to remove all office objections, including the objection regarding deficit Court fees. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to condition that the applicant shall remove all objections within a period of four weeks from today. If the objections are not removed within the above stipulated period, the order of the Registrar (Judicial II) shall stand.
