This is the third application for bail. The previous application was disposed off vide order dated 23rd August 2022. The first Bail Application was rejected vide order dated 11th February 2020 and the second Bail Application was disposed off vide order dated 2nd September 2020. By order dated 23rd August 2022, liberty was granted to the applicant to prefer fresh application for bail in the event, the trial is not concluded within six months.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, all other accused are on bail. One of the accused viz.Ashish Gautam Waghmare has been 1/2

Learned APP on instructions submitted that, the trial has commenced and several witnesses are examined. The prosecution proposes to examine four more witnesses.

Considering the fact that the trial is getting over, no case for grant of bail is made out.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application No. 1322 of 2023 is rejected. (ii) In the event, trial is not over within four months, the applicant is at liberty to file fresh application.

(iii) Bail Application stands disposed off.
