By this civil application the applicants seek injunction against the respondents from disturbing the possession of the applicants over the suit land. The applicants had succeeded before the learned trial Court which decree was partly set aside by the Appellate Court. There was interim injunction granted in favour of the applicants by the trial Court which continued till the disposal of the first appeal. No affidavit in reply has been filed. 2.

By an order passed this Court, the second appeal filed by the applicants has been filed admitted.
