None appears for the petitioner. The breach alleged is of the order dated 18th March 2013 passed by this Court. By the said order, the Appellate Authority was directed to decide the application for interim relief in the pending appeal. The learned AGP has tendered across the bar a copy of the order dated 13th May 2013 passed by the Additional Collector. By the said order, the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been allowed and the matter has been remanded to the Sub Divisional Officer. Thus, there is a substantial compliance made by the concerned respondents. Hence, it is not necessary to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Contempt petition is disposed of.
