1] The applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 27th April 2018 and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates to join the process of investigation. 2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

3] The applicant is wife of Mr. Nawab Khan who had transferred an amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs in the account of applicant. The applicant being house-wife was unaware of any transaction between co-accused Javed Khan and Sashista Khan. The record indicates that, the applicant has co-operated 1/2

aba.896-2018.doc in the process of investigation and her custodial interrogation for further investigation in the present crime is not necessary. 4] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 27th April 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
