Heard. The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the advocate on record for the Respondent is not keeping well.

By this First Appeal, the Appellant challenges the judgment and award dated 28.09.2017 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in MACP No.564/2012 holding that the Respondent-Claimants are entitled to sum of Rs. 42,17,700/- with interest @ 9% p.a.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that by this First Appeal, they are challenging the impugned judgment and award on quantum basis.
