This application is for grant of transit bail to applicant who is apprehending his arrest at the hands of Kalkaji Police Station, New Delhi in CR No. 213 of 2019 registered on the basis of report lodged by Neha Lalwani. It is submitted that applicant's apprehension as aforesaid is substantiated as on registration of crime against him as aforesaid applicant on telephonic instructions has attended Yerawada Police Station as he is residing in the territorial jurisdiction of said police station. Applicant therefore apprehends arrest in the said crime at the hands of Kalkaji Police Station and therefore, seeks interim protection by way of transit anticipatory bail so as to enable the applicant to approach the concerned court and police.

Contents of the application are found substantiated from the documents filed along with application. In that view of the matter following order is passed.

ORDER

a) In the event of arrest of applicant in CR No. 213 of 2019 registered with Kalkaji Police Station New Delhi on the report lodged by Neha Lalwani he shall be released on bail on his executing PR bond in Page-2/3

the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. b) Protection granted as aforesaid shall be in force till 3.5.2019 by which date applicant shall take necessary recourse as available under law.
