The above Contempt Petition is filed by the Petitioner alleging that the Corporation has committed contempt by not complying with the order dated 28th April, 2014 i.e. by not demolishing the unauthorized structures as directed by the Court. The learned Advocate appearing for the Municipal Corporation states on instructions that the structures have now been demolished. In view thereof, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as dismissed.
