Heard learned counsel for the parties and learned APP for the State.

Parties have settled and compromised the matter. Affidavit dated 10.06.2022 filed by Respondent No. 2 is taken on record to that effect. Parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective Advocates. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Petitioners.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause 19(i) which reads thus:- "(i) This Hon'ble Court by way of appropriate writ of mandamus or any other Writ, or mandamus be pleased to quash the F.I.R. bearing No. 737 of 2021 dated 03.09.2021 registered with the Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai under sections 377, 498(A), 406, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code."
