Heard. This Application is made by the wife for transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-36/2015 filed by Respondent husband before Family Court at Solapur to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shorapur, Dist. Yadgir, Karnataka State. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant may be permitted to withdraw the Application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings for the same cause of action. Same is allowed.
