This is second application for bail. Previous application was rejected on merits by order dated 26th February, 2019. Learned APP submitted that the charge has been framed against applicant and the proceedings are due for hearing and compliance of document before the trial Court on 28th February, 2020.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, since the trial would commence shortly it may be observed that the observations made by this Court in order dated 26th February, 2019 rejecting the application for bail are restricted for considering the application for bail and the trial Court shall not be influenced by the same during the trial.
