This Appeal filed by the New India Assurance Company Limited is against the judgment and Award dated 4th January, 2016 passed by the Principal Member, Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 391 of 2012.

Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel identifies respondent no.1. The son of respondent no.1Rajendra Jagannath Kale is present. His Aadhar Card is taken on record. Respondent no.1 admits the consent terms. The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree be drawn accordingly. 3.
