The learned counsel for respondent No.2 objects legitimacy of this Criminal Application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He submits that in this Application, the applicants are challenging the order of issuance of process, which is to be challenged before the Sessions Court in Revision.

The learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the said Application with liberty to file it before the Sessions Court.
