Learned APP on instructions from the Incharge Superintendent of Yeravada Central Prison, Pune-6 submitted that the amount of Rs.10,000/- has been returned to the surety i.e. Smt. Kamal Dhondiba Chorge on 15th May 2015.

In view thereof, grievance of the Petitioner about non refunding of the surety amount confiscated because of his late report in Jail from furlough leave does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
