The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 125 days days in filing the Appeal. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Prayag Joshi holding for Mr. B. J. Joshi opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to the Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 125 days in filing the Appeal stands condoned.
