This is an application for relaxing the condition No.3 imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 30.04.2015. The condition No.3 imposed upon the Applicant, reads as under:- "3. After availing the bail, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Investigating Agency on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till further orders."

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that since the date of his release from jail, the Applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition for last more than 2 and 1⁄2 years.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the said Sneha Chavan 1/2

35 appp 428-17=.doc condition is modified and the Applicant is directed to attend the concerned Investigating Agency on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till further orders.
