The applicant-accused was arrested on 29th April, 2018 in Crime No.59 of 2018, registered at Khopoli Police Station for an offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court, on 7th January, 2019, since was not inclined to allow the application for grant of regular bail, the applicant has withdrawn said bail application.

The second application is moved by the applicant on the ground that till date, the charge is not framed and the implications of the applicant is based on the substantial evidence. 4.

This Court while permitting withdrawal of the bail application, on 7th January, 2019 has already looked into the evidence and applied its mind about the rejection of the bail application, as a consequence of which the bail application was withdrawn. 5.

On the said set of facts and circumstances and the evidence on record, the present application is moved.

Prima facie, there appears to be sufficient evidence on record to connect the applicant to the crime in question. 7.

No case for grant of bail is made out, rejected. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
