This civil application seeks impleadment of Applicant No.2 as sole legal heir of Appellant No.1. There is some delay in taking out the civil application. There is an order already passed by this Court for transposition of Appellant Nos.3 and 4 as Respondent Nos.5 and 6 to the second appeal.
