The petitioner appears in person before us and today she has tendered an application titled as "Application for appearing in person for salary and other dues or otherwise withdrawal on today". This application is signed by her.

On perusal of the said application, we had repeatedly asked the party in person as to whether she intends to withdraw the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

13-wp-1927-2017 Criminal proceedings which are pending before this Court and to which, she replied in the assertive. She emphatically stated that she intends to withdraw the said proceedings pending before this Court, so that she can prosecute her other proceedings pending before the Lower Courts.

In light of the leave sought by the party in person, Miss.Shaleet Lawrance Peter, we permit withdrawal of the petition and the application. The Criminal Writ Petition No.1927 of 2017 and Criminal Application No.288 of 2017 filed in the said Writ Petition are disposed of as withdrawn.
