P.C. :- The registry has endorsed that the appellant no.2 has expired in the year 1997. No steps have been taken in that regard. The court notice issued to appellant no.1 has been returned unserved with bailiff remark that he has left the place 20 years back. In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
