Petitioner has impugned Order dated 10th December, 2014 passed by the State Information Commission, Konkan Division thereby dismissing his Appeal on the ground that, the information sought for by the Petitioner has already provided to him and the Petitioner did not remain present at the time of hearing.

Present Petition impugning the said Order dated 10th December, 2014 is not maintainable and the Petitioner is having alternate remedy to challenge the Order or by way of Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
