P.C.
1] When I expressed my disinclination to entertain the Revision Application, since I am not persuaded by the arguments advanced by the learned counsel Mr.Mundargi that the material in the charge sheet is not sufficient to make the accused to face trial under Section 376 of the IPC, he seek permission to withdraw the Revision Application. He, however, make a request that the trial of the Sessions Case No.549/2018 shall be expedited.
2] Though, I am not in favour of granting the said relief, but the concerned Court seized of the sessions Case No.549/2018 is requested to make every endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously. Revision Application stands disposed off as withdrawn. [BHARATI DANGRE, J] 1/1
