By this civil application the applicants seek condonation of delay of 22 days in filing the present appeal from order. I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length on the point of condonation of delay and also appeal. Since I propose to hear the appeal from order itself, in view of the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties on merits, I am inclined to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the present appeal from order. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the delay of 22 days in filing the appeal from order is condoned.
