Today the matter is taken on board for speaking to the minutes of order dated 22 July 2019.
In paragraph-2, line No.2 of the said order, instead of "out of court", it should be corrected as "in the Court". Rest of the order shall remain as it is. The corrected order reads thus :

Heard.
The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that matter is settled in the Court. He submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has fled praecipe dated 22.0..2019 duly signed by the Petitioner as well as advocate on record. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identifcation. Same is accepted.
3 Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
3/3 No order as to costs.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he deposited sum of Rs.30,000 before the Trial Court. He submits that in view of withdrawal of the Writ Petition, Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest if any, without furnishing any security. Same is granted.
It is made clear that Petitioner is entitled to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest without furnishing any security.
