Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. In the present petition, the Petitioner has raised challenge to the suspension order passed by Respondent No.2, dated 21st September 2020. The petitioner is also claiming certain unpaid dues.

Insofar as the first grievance of the petitioner is concerned, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has placed on record an ofÏce order dated 8th September 2021. The same is marked as "X" for identification. As per the said order, Respondent No.2 - Board thought it fit to revoke the Petitioner's suspension and reinstated him on the post of Accountant. In view of this ofÏce order, challenge raised to the suspension order no more survives.

wp-2743/21 concerned, admittedly the Petitioner has filed a representation before Respondent No.2 - Board on 23rd April 2021. Copy of the same is placed on record at page no. 71 to the petition. The said representation is pending before the authority for its decision. Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submitted that the the Petitioner's said representation would be decided at the earliest possible. In view of this submission of learned counsel for Respondent No.2, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 23rd April 2021, as early as possible and at any rate within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
