2) By an order dated 20th May, 2022, this Court was persuaded to grant interim bail ascribing reasons. 3) The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that in terms of the said order, the applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and, post completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been lodged on 23rd November, 2023.

7-ABA-1328-22.DOC 4) In view of the aforesaid development at this length of time, when the investigation is complete for all intent and purpose, custodial interrogation of the applicant does not seem warranted for investigation.

5) I am, therefore, impelled to make the order of interim bail absolute.

6) Hence, the following order.

ORDER

i) The order of Interim Bail dated 20th May, 2022 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

ii) In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court. iii) It is clarified that these prima facie observations are confined to determine the entitlement to prearrest bail only. iv) The application stands disposed.
