This Miscellaneous Civil Application seeks transfer of a marriage petition, being H.M.P. No.170/2014 of the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha to the Family Court, Nashik Road, Nashik to be tried along with Maintenance Petition No. E 62/2013 filed by the Applicant.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that his client is agreeable to the Miscellaneous Civil Application being allowed.

Accordingly, Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The parties shall appear before the Family Court at Nashik Road, Nashik on 6 March 2017 at 11.00 a.m. along with an authenticated copy of this order and the Court shall act accordingly.
