Learned Counsel for the parties states that the matter is settled between the parties. They have tendered the Consent Terms which has been signed by the Appellant-wife and Respondent-husband. Consent Terms are taken on record and marked Exhibit "X" for identification.

Learned Counsel state that the parties are not residing together since the date of marriage i.e. from 23rd June 2007 and there is no possibility of reconciliation.

We, therefore, dispose of the Family Court Appeals in terms of the Consent Terms. There shall be a decree of divorce by mutual consent under Section 27A of the Special Marriage Act.

We record the presence of the Appellant-wife and the Respondent-husband in the Court who have been identified by their respective Advocates.
