Learned Counsel Mr. Deokar for the Petitioners submits that neither the Respondents had acquired their property nor paid any compensation in respect of the same. He submits that because of the entry in the 7/12 extract about reservation, it is difficult for the Petitioners to deal with their properties. Hence, the Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition.

On the other hand, learned AGP Mr. Kadam for the Respondent-State submits that the Government of Maharashtra by Government Resolution dated 5th August 2019 constituted a committee under the Chairmanship of the Collector to deal with such type of matters. Therefore, the Petitioners can be permitted to make appropriate application before the concerned Collector for the same cause of action. Therefore, there is no necessity to entertain the present Writ Petition.
