Heard Mr.Rachit Thakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Sarthak Diwan, learned counsel for respondents No.1, 2, 4 and 5, at length. 2.

Mr. Thakar seeks permission to withdraw this Petition on the ground that consent terms at Exhibit-45 were filed in L.E. & C. Suit No.45/2016 and the suit was decreed on 22.12.2017 in terms of the consent terms. Mr. Diwan confirms the said fact.
