This Application is for bringing legal heirs on record on deceased respondent no.2 Kanji Tappu Kharvi @ Patel, who died on 27.03.2013.

The present application is filed within limitation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased respondent no.2 Kanji Tappu Kharvi alias Patel in First Appeal (ST) no. 14608 of 2013 as well as pending Civil Applications, if any within six weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
