By the impugned order dated 11 March 2016 the Appeal of the Petitioner was dismissed as not maintainable. Learned AGP on instructions from Dr. Dadarao Datkar states that the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, M.S., Pune shall decide the Appeal on merits. A copy of the letter addressed by Chief Controlling Revenue Authority to Assistant Govt. Pleader dated 27th February, 2019 is taken on record and marked 'X'. 2.

In view of the above, the impugned order dated 11th March, 2016 shall stand set aside and the Appeal is restored to file. The Respondent No.2 shall hear the Petitioner and pass orders afresh expeditiously and in any event within eight weeks from today. The 1/2
