Interim bail granted on 22 nd April, 2022 facilitate the applicant to appear for the competitive exams and thus directed his release till 30 th May, 2022. Whereafter, applicant was released and surrendered himself on 31 st May, 2022. He has moved this application on 6 th June, 2022 seeking

Rane 2/3 20-BA-1191-2022.odt temporary bail to appear for competitive exams stated, to be scheduled and commencing on 9 th June, 2022 till 10 th August, 2022. However, after taking instructions, the learned Counsel for the applicant, would submit that the applicant shall appear for examinations scheduled to be held from 9 th June, 2022 till 11 th June, 2022 of Manipal Academy of Higher Education at Jaipur, National Aptitude Test in Architecture at Pune, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhuveneshwar Engineering Entrance, and JEE Mains Exam (Session-I) at Nashik. Considering the educational prospects, I am inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicant till 30 th June, 2022, whereafter, the applicant shall surrender to the Superintendent of Central Jail, Nashik on 1 st July, 2022. In view of that, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

(i)Applicant namely, Aryan M. Bedade is released on interim bail in Crime No.1070/2021 registered with Kondhawa Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 276, 376 (2)(i), 377 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 8 and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, for the period till 30 th June, 2022.

Rane 3/3 20-BA-1191-2022.odt (ii) Applicant shall surrender himself without fail on/or before 1 st July, 2022.

(iii)Applicant shall not enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Kondava Police Station, Pune during his release on interim bail.

(iv)Applicant shall not try to contact the informant/victim or any witness of the case in any manner nor try to pressurize the witness.

(v)The applicant shall provide his proposed residential address and cell number to the Investigating Officer within two days from his release on temporary bail.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
