THURSDAY, 24 th AUGUST, 2017 P.C. :

1.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 11th January, 2016 passed by this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.) in Criminal Application No. 1067 of 2015 preferred in Criminal Bail Application No. 1618 of 2014, inasmuch as, it directs directing the applicant to report to the trial Court on the first and third Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., till the conclusion of the trial. 1/3

3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that charge was framed in 2013 and that the applicant is attending the trial Court on every date of hearing. He submits that because of the said harsh condition, the applicant has lost his employment and as such, the same has affected his livelihood.

4.

Learned A.P.P has no objection if the said condition is modified. It appears that the applicant has complied with the order dated 11th January, 2016 till date. It appears that the applicant is attending the trial Court on the dates given by the trial Court. 5.

In these circumstances, in the interest of justice, the said order dated 11th January, 2016 directing the applicant to report to the trial Court on the first and third Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. requires to be modified. Accordingly, the application is allowed. 6.
