1] The incident dated 07/10/2020 has resulted into registration of C.R. No. 354/2020 registered with Agripada Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 307, 326, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 37(1)(A), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act in which applicant was arrested on 18/10/2020.

27.2505.21 BA.doc 2] Bail is sought on the ground that two co-accused are already released and injuries does not match with that of allegation. 3] As far as aforesaid submission is concerned, apart from the statement of two eye witnesses, one the victim and another eye witness Arvind, blade is already recovered from the applicant. A specifc role of aggravated assault is attributed to the applicant by use of weapon.

4] That being so, no case for bail is made out. Application fails, stands rejected.
