P.C.:- The present Application is preferred by the wife of the deceased, seeking leave to file Appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order dated 19th January, 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Palghar in Session Case No.65 of 2013. The matter was called out yesterday and as nobody appeared for the Applicant, it was kept today for hearing.

Today also, none appears for the Applicant. In view thereof, we heard the learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.
